Some of the woods used in "Stray Spector" include Pernambuco from South America - orange piece of wood, top background, Camphor from China - bottom foreground and the buffalo is made with Carpathian Walnut Burl and English Walnut. Pernambuco is what very expensive violin bows are made with. I have been told that one violin bow made out of Pernambuco can cost over $100,000.
